Getting Started with CoinLander

Introduction to CoinLander

CoinLander transforms the way you earn yield. Instead of purely speculative crypto assets, your returns are generated from real-world mortgage interest payments. We leverage blockchain technology to offer transparency, accessibility, and stability, creating a new paradigm for wealth generation.

How it Works

  1. Asset Sourcing: Our team, with over 20 years of traditional finance experience, sources and underwrites high-quality mortgage loans.
  2. Tokenization: Each mortgage is tokenized into its own unique, yield-bearing digital asset on the blockchain. Tokens are named with a structured symbol (e.g., CLHK0001) identifying the issuer, region, and project number.
  3. Investment: You invest by depositing USDT into the project's smart contract, which automatically mints and issues the corresponding project tokens (e.g., CLHK0001) to your wallet.
  4. Yield Generation: Borrowers make their monthly mortgage payments.
  5. Automatic Distribution: The interest from these payments is automatically converted to stablecoins and distributed to all project token holders on the 1st of every month.

Connecting Your Wallet

To interact with the CoinLander app, you need a Web3 wallet.

  1. Supported Wallets: MetaMask, WalletConnect, and Coinbase Wallet.
  2. Steps:
  • Navigate to coinlander.com and click "Enter app" in the top right corner.
  • Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top right corner.
  • Select your wallet provider from the list.
  • Confirm the connection request in your wallet pop-up. This action is free and only grants permission to view your address.
  • Sign the message once at Signup to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Buying Your First RWA Token

  1. Prepare: Ensure your connected wallet is funded with USDT and is on Ethereum Mainnet.
  2. Navigate: Go to the "Projects" section of the app.
  3. Choose: Review the available mortgage pools, their APR, and other details.
  4. Invest: Click "Invest", enter the amount (minimum 100 USDT), choose whether to renew when the project matures (explained later), and confirm the transaction in your wallet. You will receive project tokens in return.
  5. Confirm: Your project tokens will appear in your wallet. You can now earn yield automatically.
